There is an old sayiγ§₹ng in China: 'A thousand troops a↕•πre easy to find, but ≤↔a general is hard to come by.' ↔δ♦Managers in the workplace deeply ☆♥resonate with this. A beautiλ♣↓₩ful piece of art is just an unφ₹"±remarkable stone before it is ✔→ε÷finely carved, just as a talented per★πσson's abilities are ordin&₽ary people before they a↔Ω©re brought to light.
We have always placed grea∏γλt importance on cultivati> ★ng internal talent within the'≤ company, refining ordinary people who stay with us into tr'®ue talents and partners. We share comα→₩®mon goals, unite as one, shareα with each other, and grow≠₽<> together, focusing on R&D te Ω'chnology as our core competency to pr<♣≠ovide first-class quality servic¥÷e to our clients. Recently, we o≠ rganized a 'Leadership Developm<¶✔ent Workshop,' and many collea♣ gues have shared their reflections and<₹ summaries over the pa≥↑st few days!
I heard that Teacher Hon♦→g Chaoyang, who previously served★≠±★ as the head of human re÷sources for Novartis and Novo Nordisk&≤γ in China, will be the main speak®α©er. I am looking forwa× ♣•rd to it!
When I received the training invitation , I felt not only the company's¥≠♣" recognition of us bu♣↔t also its expectations and requε≤βirements for our abilit✘®y improvement amidst its vigorous dev≥∑φelopment.
Having been part of thisγ← big family at Haibu' for over two years and expe<ε→riencing project chal₽≈•↕lenges and changes in small teams,&☆ we face the challeng₩e of transforming small tε↓≈eams into ones with strong technical$↔' skills, cohesion, and high work↕ € efficiency. Just when I was ™≠→Ωreflecting without finding a wa'↔y out, the company provided this ti γ£mely rain; I felt both excitedλπ♦♠ and nervous.

Teacher Hong asked us to wrπ↓ite down our career dreams on the €✔career dream wall. At that moment,÷★ a sense of confusion and help♣↔λ₽lessness arose.
Career dreams... The tedio♥γ¥usness and busyness of work hav∞εe long sealed away that once firm₹←→ determination and dedication.
Career dreams; this question has ®≠λ been asked by others countless times, b>¥ ±ut I have never thought about i&₩t carefully.
Looking at the paper but unable ₩≤to write for a long time—there¶ε was shyness and confusion. After h>™astily writing down my t★©houghts on that small piece of paper an$ ≥≤d sticking it on the &£Ω career dream wall, ↔≠&I didn't even dare to look at it ag ¥•ain.
As I shared my colleagues' simple yet &'♠↑grand career dreams while seeing the$™× company's strategy unf&'old before me, it awakened my des∞ire for pursuing my career once agaλ≥₹↑in.
When Teacher Hong helped us analyze'δπ ourselves and guided u≥≥±s on what changes we ₩ >could make, I began to see that dr₹≠₩eam paper on the walδσλ★l from a different perspectπ ive.

Under Teacher Hong's guidance a↓<nd everyone's joint efforts, a clearα₹ portrait of leaders÷∞ €hip emerged before me.
