Winter has arrived, fitnσ∏★ess walking.

As autumn colors deepen, winterφ§φ quietly arrives. On the morning of Nov'γ✘γember 7, at the beginning of this wi‍☆nter, all employees of Haibu Pharmaceβγ utical welcomed the sunris£♠ ↑e with enthusiasm and embarked on t₩×heir annual hiking journey!

The hiking activity started at the π↔™✔"Ancient Ferry View" in LiΩ​angshui River Riverside Park, alon​©g the Liangshui River walkwa∞↓y, passing by "Deer €α¶Circle Bridge" and "New Ph ★♠ oenix River Bridge", re↔‍♣aching the "Mila Park" square, with a t±←otal length of about 16.5 kilometers¥α✘♠. Before starting the hike, staf©Ωλ‌f led everyone in a play£<←ful game of "Drop the≠☆★ Handkerchief", followed by warm-up exeσ↔↕rcises. This energiz$®‍✘ed everyone and prepared them well for>'↑π the hike. All company m>™>§embers were randomly divided into 8 t★‌​£eams to complete today's hiking activi♣↕✘ty in a team format.✔  ∑

The team names and slogans are the cδ≤₽‍ornerstones of cohesion. The first t♣♥ask for each team was toε✘ quickly come up with their own tea ☆↕εm name and slogan. After enthusias♠•↕tic discussions among everyone, we beg♣<an today's activities∏♣™  amidst the loud slogans f↑≠rom each team.

This event is themed a$₹↕ round "Cooperation and ™©λ♣Innovation". First, each team σ​φneeded to take one photo relate≠<Ω$d to one of five themes during the hi↔£ke: "A Leaf Knows Autumn", "Scen±↑∑±ery Across the Riverε‍∑≈", "The Road is Long and Win÷φ☆‌ding", "Childhood Memories", and "T≈$he Most Beautiful Flower in Your Heartγπ&". Everyone was enthusiastic, cap↔×turing beautiful scener✔≥y and emotions along t÷ ≤≥he way—whether it was flowing water♥‍, falling autumn leavγ∞<es, yellow ginkgoes, or smi₽→✔ling faces...

Secondly, each team needed to choo✘ε±€se one dance video from thosφ₹e designated in advance for a ¥§ creative remake. Everyone fu‍≤lly utilized their artistic talen♥ ts, engaged in intense discussion​® s, and carefully choreogrδ₩& aphed their performances. T∑±© he Haibu people in the vide™✘∏πos either seriously recreated ✔★dance scenes or humorously pe©•rformed with earnestnα ¥•ess or cleverly improvisσ♣ed—full of creativity. Throughou∑♦t this process, everyone wore smiles fi★↓ lled with joy; although it¥φ was getting colder outsid→βe, our hearts remained warm!

Finally, two challenge sta₩←‌tions titled 'Look Forward' and 'Mov←"e Positions' were set up a☆♥long the entire hiking ¶​route. These tested individual∞  focus and reaction abilities σ♣while requiring all team members toα♠₹¶ coordinate seamlessly together. A‌Ω×fter quick practice and teamworλδk cooperation, each team efficiently€∑∑ completed their challeng¶ ↔es.

Throughout the entire hiking pr¶↕φocess, team members encoura↓≥♥ged each other and supported ↔•¥one another; no one abandoned$↓←  or gave up on anyone else. Not a γΩ•single person fell behind; e↕₩veryone persevered to finish!

This hiking event allowed eve$∏ryone to experience the cha←&rm of nature and the ₹ ε£beauty of life. At the same time, ₩ πit honed personal willpower and s∏"φΩtrengthened team cohesion so that we φ↔☆can face future challenges™‌♦₹ in work and life with smi♥•"les. The successful comple→φ≠tion of this hiking activity relie§≤>d on the silent dediβσ✘ cation of staff who explained≠✔ε¥ rules, guided routes, ±®≠distributed supplies, evalu$λated performances, and aw→∞♦arded prizes—providing stron£¶"αg support for a smooth‌'₽÷ event!
