　　On October 13, 2017, Haibu Pharmac↔≠φγeutical held its fourth all♠↕Ω-employee hiking event. This  €→↕hiking event took place at Chan¥®• g Gou Wetland Park in Fangshγδan District, covering a total distanc♠₹e of 28 kilometers.

　　The event was conduc‌≤§ted in a competitive group←∑σ format, with teams fo↔‌☆×rmed, leaders selected, tea​σm names chosen, and slog≠↑ans shouted. The atmosphere was•® enthusiastic and full of energy, with ≠&‌each group displaying a strong determi£☆πnation to win first place. Al§$εong the way, everyone eng≈γaged in lively conve$≈φ↔rsations and exchanges, their fπ<↔☆aces beaming with smiles. There were $↑game checkpoints alon®±δg the hiking route, which made the act≤∏βivity even more enjoyable. As the jou✘≥ ∏rney progressed and t•‌↓he distance increased, the teams became€γ• more dispersed; fatigue gradua​✔←lly appeared on everyone↔↕♣♠'s previously relaxed'​π☆ faces. Some team memb✔φ‍φers found it a bit ch₹♣<♥allenging to keep goiε↕∏£ng, but everyone still fα™ollowed the flag held by their l φ ↑eader without giving©<Ω up. Many vivid and t∞Ω€ouching moments were capt•> ured at that moment...

　　After the hiking activity conclude← ¶₹d, Ms. Liu Changru, the chai"≥ &rwoman and general man→±ager of the company, along withφΩΩ company leaders, awarded prizes to the<  top three groups that r​'α'eached the finish line first and ¥<≤ encouraged everyone to strengthen their→®₹ willpower and persist in exercising.

　　On the evening of the 13≈₽σαth, the company held a dinner where nγ £±ewly joined employees showcased thei∑>♠r talents while celebrating bi↑¥rthdays for those whose birth®λ&days fell on that day.∏♥ This brought another cl≠&π imax to the event. The entire eve<∑ λning was filled with laught≥☆ er as everyone enjoyed drinks freely in♣≤'♥ a warm and harmonious atmosphere.Ω‍₩

　　On the 14th, the company organ←↔€δized training on 'Team Communication an♠σδd Collaboration.' This trai™≤∏ning was led by Teacher Lu H©©∑ualong from Beijing Influence Company§≈↑÷ and covered topics suγ₹♣★ch as basic communication ♣ and collaboration skills, effe←≠★ctive expression methods, listening ski $←lls and communication strat₹¥©egies, horizontal (peer-to-peer) anσδd vertical (supervis•↕‍or-subordinate) communication techniq ±π≠ues for handling conf$→Ω'licts. Teacher Lu's presentat↔✘±ion was lively and engaging; through l>'ive demonstrations and team gam₩‌ es, participants learned how to ef₽ ≈fectively utilize communica$→>εtion skills to achieve win-win outcomeσ≥±s through understanding ≠&​∑and service.

　　Through these two days of activitie≈♥↓s not only strengthened ≠πcommunication among emε∏≥ployees but also enhan≠‌ced company cohesion.
